Ted Norton created MLHS after discovering the clarity and healing power of seeing his words come to life in AI generated videos. His personal evolution shaped the platform’s design. Frustrated in sharing his diversity of life experiences through writing over 350 essays, 1,234 original sayings, and terra bytes of pictures, he turned to video and the YouTube platform. Yet his talking-head persona was not camera-friendly. Fortunately, his technology, finance, and startups experiences merged with today's AI agent capabilities. 

Mr. Norton brings a diverse and accomplished background to the leadership of MLHS. His professional journey began with service in the United States Air Force, specializing in telecommunications. He holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from Chapman University, broadening his expertise in understanding human behavior and mental health. Over a 20-year career in the telecommunications industry, he demonstrated entrepreneurial vigor and operational excellence, contributing to three start-up telecom ventures. Experiences in the roles of Vice President and General Manager, Director of Engineering, and Sales Management, where he earned multiple achievement awards. In addition to his technological and managerial experience, Mr. Norton was a licensed financial professional, having obtained Series 7 and Life and Health licenses, and earning the Registered Financial Advisor designation. He was certified as a Professional Instructor by the Professional Tennis Registry. Committed to making a positive community impact, Mr. Norton has dedicated over 30-years to volunteering with young people and seniors, reflecting his passion for service and mentorship.
